CFHC Awards More Than $400,000 in 2016 Scholarships

Thanks to the generosity and long-term vision of donors, new Community Foundation of Henderson County scholarships totaling $180,650 have been awarded to 98 scholars, with many of these awards eligible for renewal for additional years.

Donors’ inspiring philanthropy also resulted in an additional $229,850 being offered in assistance for current scholarships eligible for renewal, bringing the total in CFHC awards for the 2016-17 academic year to $410,500.
