The City of Hendersonville will hold a Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting on Thursday, July 16, at 2:00 pm in the City Operations Center located at 305 Williams Street.
The meeting will cover an application for a conditional rezoning from Stephen Barker of The Rainer Group.
The applicant is requesting to rezone a subject property, PIN 9568-77-5249 and located at 101 N. Church Street, from C-1, Central Business District to C-1 CZD, Central Business Conditional District Conditional Zoning District. The request is for a 48,000-sq.-ft. hotel with a restaurant and meeting space on approximately .775 acres.
