“We’re incredibly excited to grow again in Asheville with this new route,” said Drew Wells, Allegiant vice president of planning and revenue. “We’re certain that area travelers will love having an ultra-low-cost, nonstop option to get away to this popular destination and that Florida travelers will appreciate these convenient flights to enjoy all that the Asheville area has to offer.”
This new year-round route will operate twice weekly. With the addition of this new route, Allegiant will now serve 11 cities from Asheville Regional Airport (AVL). Flight days, times and the lowest fares can be found only at Allegiant.com.
“It is great news that Allegiant is bringing West Palm Beach service back to AVL,” said Lew Bleiweis, A.A.E., executive director of the Greater Asheville Regional Airport Authority. “The route was popular when Allegiant flew there a few years ago, and we have no doubt that the nonstop service will do very well here again. Allegiant is an excellent airline partner, and their investment in the Western North Carolina region is appreciated and valued. I encourage air travelers to plan a trip to West Palm Beach, and enjoy this quick, easy flight.”
