One of the prerequisites for a good Halloween experience is a fun costume. Luckily enough, Hendersonville has plenty of great resources for assembling a perfect costume.

Haunted Houses

Hendersonville as well as the greater Western North Carolina region are well known for their terrifying haunted houses. So scream your way through these petrifying experiences while attempting to avoid the things that go bump in the night.

The Haunted Farm

The Haunted Farm is the scariest Halloween attraction in Western North Carolina and its home is right here in Hendersonville. We hope you survive fifty minutes of terror that the Farm provides! Tickets are $35 per person and parking is $5 per car. Tickets can be purchased online, though parking can only be paid on-site with cash. And for those who want to skip the queue, fast-pass tickets are available for $60 per person.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, The Myers Haunted House will not be open for the 2023 season.

Trick-or-Treating

If you want to keep it traditional, Hendersonville has several safe and inviting neighborhoods where you and your family can enjoy the sights of beautifully decorated homes as well as the faces of welcoming neighbors.

Treat Street Carvinal is Hendersonville’s biggest trick or treat event. On Tuesday, October 31, 2023, family friendly festivities will take place from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Main Street.

Halloween at Hendersonville Farmers Market will take place at its regular location from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday, October 28, 2023, but everyone is invited to dress up in your Halloween costume! Shoppers can expect fall harvest produce as well as baked goods, crafts, live music, and more.

Tick or Trail 5K and Spooky One Mile returns to Hendersonville on Saturday, October 21, 2023. It will start and finish in the Historic 7th Avenue District on Maple Street at the Train Depot!
