The City of Hendersonville is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to prepare, install and maintain downtown Hendersonville’s much-loved hanging baskets.
The vision for the hanging baskets is to provide a vibrant color palette that adds visual interest to our community throughout the 6 month spring/summer lifespan. Installed on a seasonal basis each year these baskets add color to downtown districts early May through late October.

To be considered, a proposal must be received by 2:00 pm on Friday, November 17, 2017. You may e-mail proposals to Lew Holloway at [email protected] or drop off a hard copy proposal at the front desk of the City Operations Center at 304 Williams Street, Hendersonville NC 28792.
