Sample our city and celebrate our spirit at the 2019 Taste of Asheville Thursday, Nov. 21 at The Venue in downtown Asheville.

The Taste of Asheville, hosted by AIR and presented by Cheney Brothers, brings over 50 of Asheville’s famed independent restaurants and makers together under one roof for an unforgettable evening of sampling small bites, craft beverages and music.

“What makes the Taste of Asheville so unique is that it is truly a celebration for our local community,” said Jane Anderson, AIR Executive Director. “It is not only hosted by our local restaurants, but it’s a way to bring us all together as neighbors to celebrate another incredible year.”

From award-winning chefs and world renowned restaurants, to our favorite neighborhood nooks and homegrown hideaways – The Taste of Asheville is a celebration of all flavors.

This event not only entertains the taste buds, it also is one of the largest fundraisers of the year to support the work of the AIR – a group of over 150 locally owned, independent restaurants that serve the flourishing food scene of Asheville.

AIR has partnered with JBOT (Josh Blake Organ Trio) and female acoustic group Free Champagne to entertain the crowd.
