Join us June 22 for our women’s circle with the intention to begin the deep healing process. In this circle, we will flow through breathwork, meditation, journaling, active listening, and more! This is for any woman of any age who desires to cleanse their bodies from trauma.
Women’s circles are gatherings with an intention to help each other openly listen, speak, and heal as we breathe into our wounds. This is an inclusive, safe space that gives women a chance to speak on topics to aid in deep healing and release.
