This 90 minute on-line workshop is designed for professionals who have limited experience communicating in the workplace. During this training, you will develop basic skills in interpersonal communication and will be empowered to share your ideas and speak from a higher place.
As an active participant, you will learn why and how to empower others; while also not being shy about expressing your own thoughts and ideas including how to stand behind organizational policies when necessary. You’ll learn why it’s important to be accountable for what you say you’ll do, and how to effectively communicate your progress to your supervisor and team. When faced with conflict, you’ll learn some basic techniques that will help empower you to diffuse anger and assure everyone involved is feeling their voices are being heard.
