This Saturday, October 20th, marks our first full trip around the sun, and we want to raise a glass with you to 12 months well-spent together.
Part of our dream in opening Zillicoah has been to have small runs of delicious bottle conditioned farmhouse ales crafted with care and the best quality ingredients we can get our hands on.
We’re excited to announce that No. 1 and No. 2 of our bottle program will be dropping on Saturday.
Our Hoppy Farmhouse Ale, the first in our Citrine Dream series, is dank, tropical, and dry, showcasing a distinct yet delicate intermingling of characteristics from our Brett blend and Strata and Mosaic hops.
Our Saison, brewed with exclusively Riverbend Malt House malt and Saaz hops, is dry, crisp, and classic.
Both Citrine Dream and Saison will be on sale at the Taproom as doors open at noon this Saturday 10/20. $15 per 750 mL bottle.
