Lessons and Carols, originally scheduled for December 9th, returns to Brevard College on Tuesday, December 12th, at 7:30 pm. Please join us for this annual ceremony celebrating the nativity through word and song.
The annual service follows in the tradition of the longstanding ceremony held at King’s College in Cambridge, where the Festival was introduced in 1918. The ceremony alternates biblical readings chronicling the prophecy and birth of Christ with carols that illuminate a part of the previous reading.
This is always a special event in the life of Brevard College, and we hope that you can join us. The event takes place at Brevard College’s Porter Center.
