The Blue Ridge Business Growth Awards (in business over 3 years) and Rising Star Awards (in business less than 3 years) are presented to Henderson County Chamber of Commerce member businesses that have experienced business success in 2013 and have helped grow our local economy.
Through quality management, inventiveness, old fashioned hard work and courage – they have managed to grow their business during tough economic times. The awards are used to recognize these companies for employment growth, revenue growth and/or a combination of the two.
Recipients will be recognized during Small Business week at a reception co-sponsored by the Southern Appalachian Craft Brewery on May 12th, 2014.
“We look forward to recognizing businesses in our area that have been innovative and are determined to succeed. These companies are leading the way toward sustained economic recovery and it is our honor to acknowledge their accomplishments” said Joe Guy, volunteer Chairman of the Program.
