Henderson County 4-H helps youth to grow and develop through learn-by-doing experiences that are developmentally appropriate, positive, cooperative, and experiential. Nurturing Parenting Program The Program works with at-risk families with children 0-5 years old to guide them in replacing abusive behavior patterns with acceptable nurturing patterns.
